We need to continue to expand resources for people who want to sign up with the medical or mental health field that is a part of minority groups, as this is part of how we bridge the gaps. Examples of experts you may look for that are of the same minority group include but aren’t restricted to main care doctors, mental health counselors and therapists, psychiatrists, massage therapists, and dietitians.
